Hi
I'm coming back to you because I was finally able to have access to the administration.
I understood the setting. He would like to have the SP portfolio items displayed in descending order.
It is displayed like that in the module. However, this is not what is displayed on the page.

Did you follow the tutorial which I sent you?
Hi
I haven't applied it because I don't have the right to do so yet, but I have looked at the settings and they seem similar to me as in the tutorial.
The person put the module in an SPPB page, could this interfere with descending sorting according to the creation date?
You can create a test file and then try this video, if it helps.
Hello
I finally have access to the administration.
Please look at the pictures. SPportfolio items should be displayed by decreasing creation date.
This is not the case. Is there a problem displaying the module in a SPPB page?
It is possible to have access if we have difficulty understanding each other

Are you available? should I send a message again?
Sorry for the late, could you please keep a full site backup and send it to me? I need to forward it to our team. You can follow this tutorial below:

Hi
It bothers me to send the complete site! and how to do this?
You cannot reproduce the failure to take into account the display order of the items of an SP porfolio module in an SPPB page?
If so, do they want temporary access to verify the problem?

my question is not how to do an akeeba backup. I've been doing it regularly for years.
My first question is whether there is another possibility:
You cannot reproduce the failure to take into account the display order of the items of an SP porfolio module in an SPPB page? If so, do they want temporary access to verify the problem?
As a last resort, if it is obligatory? this is where I send ?
Hi
Could you please give me a short description of your issue? And please send the screenshots of your issue again. The previous one is removed, our team does not work for that.
Hi
I don't know how to explain better than what I put elsewhere:
I checked on a test site that SPportfolio items under Joomla 4.3+ are not displayed in descending order of creation date!
I don't understand why sorting by id (=creation) doesn't work. It should correspond to the sort date by item creation date descending from SPportfolio items
We will abandon this extension if there is no fix
Sorry for your issue, I will talk about it with our DEV team.
Please keep a full site backup and give me your super admin access on the hidden content.
Could you please check this? Module is only based by title and ordering It is not depending on date creation. See the screenshot below:
