Background Color in Feature Box and Empty Space

Hello,
i aks the Support Team this question a month ago, but they cant fix the problem yet:

After updating to version SP Builder lite 3.7.7, the background color set in the feature box is no longer displayed. It always remains empty. It is displayed in the frontend editor but not on the finished page.

I had cleared Joomla and SP Builder cache but it still wont work.
Any ideas?

Can you please share your website login details using "Hidden Content" section. Also pager URL where you used feature box.

Im using SP Page Bulider lite 3.7.8 with Helix Ultimate and Joomla! 3.9.23.
Im an Beginner so where can i find the "Hidden Content" in Backend ord SP Page Builder?

I have saw that, I am not permitted to install any extension. In that case can you please install a extension for me I need to access files to check addons. Here is the extension link
