htaccess

Asked by Graham Wilkins 2 years ago Last activity 2 years ago

Hi
I have recently loaded your Allura template but I'm having a problem loading the enduser interface. I receive the error: ".htaccess: Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe"

Hello Graham Wilkins

Please follow this article to install the quickstart. I think this issue might be related to your hosting provider.

Best regards

In general problems with .htaccess file are beyond Joomshaper support, this is Joomla Core file.

Ask hosting support or forum.joomla.org
