Issue with Fixed Price Display on Property Listing in Home Page - SP Property

Hello, I am encountering an issue with the SP Property extension on my Joomla site. I have set a fixed price for rent properties, but on the homepage whit the module SP Property Rent Properties, when using the module to list all properties, the system is displaying the price calculated per square meter instead of the fixed price. This issue only occurs on the homepage.

It’s important to note that when using the search module or viewing the properties from other pages, the fixed price is displayed correctly.

This error only happens on the homepage when properties are loaded via the module.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for any confusion regarding the price display across different sections.

To address the issue, please replace the following folder with the one provided in the hidden content:

Replace the JRoot/templates/shaper_estate/html/mod_spproperty_properties directory with the first folder included in the hidden content.

These updates should correct the price display alignment across the modules.

However, for properties listed for sale or other types, the system continues to calculate the price by multiplying it by the property’s measurements. Could you help me adjust this so it doesn’t apply the calculation to properties for sale? https://showroomcol.co/
