Impossible to save changing on all page SP Page Builder

Hello,
Since few month, I don't succed to save all changes, I make on SP Pagebuilder. Here it's on this fallowing website:
http://www.goodloc-arcachon.com/althea4

But I have the same probleme on all my website server.

I Click on save, and the wheel cofiguration turn, turn, but nothing happen, I don't have the validation message of saving.

Can you help me please. Thank you by advance.

Hello I try on the principal domain:

Here the saving worked,

but on the under domain:

https://www.goodloc-arcachon.com/althea4

I can't save.
Did you see something which could help me please, sorry to insist, but I have professional interest in this website. I'm looking for an issue, but I don't find some !

There were a law in the security mod witch bloked the request.
