You may lessen the top padding value of the body inner wrapper.

Here is the sample code you need to put in your custom CSS:

.body-innerwrapper {
    padding-top: 100px !important;
}

Note: Path towards custom CSS:
Extensions>Templates>Styles>
Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options.
Then find custom CSS within the custom code.
