Empty Submenu Appears Under Home Menu In Helix Ultimate

Hi JoomShaper Support Team,

I’m currently using the shaper_helixultimate template on my Joomla website, and I’m experiencing a strange issue with the main navigation menu.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, when I hover over the Home menu item, an empty dropdown/submenu box appears underneath it.

However, I have checked the Joomla menu configuration carefully, and there is no child menu item or submenu assigned under the Home menu. The Home menu should be a normal single-level menu item without any dropdown.

I’m not sure why Helix Ultimate is generating this empty submenu.

Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue and advise me on how to fix it?

Environment: Template: shaper_helixultimate Menu: Main Menu Issue: Empty dropdown/submenu appears under the Home menu even though no child menu item exists

I have attached a screenshot showing the issue. https://prnt.sc/sEA_QzF1AeZY

Thank you for your support.

Apologies for the delayed response.

The issue was caused by the Mega Menu option being enabled for the affected menu item in the Helix Ultimate Menu Builder, while no menu item was actually assigned to the Mega Menu.

I resolved the issue by simply disabling the Mega Menu option for that menu item.

For similar cases in the future, you can check whether the Mega Menu option is enabled without any corresponding Mega Menu content assigned.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
