How or where can I change the color of the blue #0345bf bar (Mitglied werden) under the menu?

It is the same color as the links in the presets, if I change something there, it does not change anything on the bar.

}

Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.
