To change the menu color, please navigate to:

System → Template Styles → Magnin → Template Options → Presets.

From there, you can adjust the menu color as needed. For Menu bar color, You need to change header background color.

Hello i know how to do it. But it is not retaining it is coming back to black and also the footer is not changing. Deleted Cache from browser with in the system. But still the same. Please read the question properly. "Changes in template settings is not changing the color."

I also deleted cache in the backend
