My LMS course purchases are coming through to Stripe with only their date and amount. No customer information. I have already purchased the stripe plugin from Joomshaper. What else do I need to do to get customer info to go through so it shows on the Stripe reports? I didn't set up a webhook. Is that what's missing? Does anyone have steps to solve this?

Sorry, yes, we got busy solving other problems. I'm now back to fixing this one. I will clarify. A user can see their purchased courses in their profile. Admins can see them in the backend of Joomla under orders. I'm asking if there is a setting I missed that will get more details of the purchase to show up in Stripe so that accounting can see what was purchased. Right now, it only comes into Stripe as a date and payment with no way to track down what was purchased and by whom. We are a non-profit, so we do need to give people statements at the end of the year and keep track of what they've purchased.

My follow-up questions is also about LMS. Is there a way to allow a course payment to be split up monthly? I need a payment plan for the more expensive courses. I know Stripe can give me a payment plan, but I'm trying to connect LMS with that payment plan. The end result would show the user purchased the course in their profile, the order shows in the admin area, but the first payment shows in Stripe with a subscription for 11 more payments at $X per month.

This is a good idea. Unfortunately, it is not available on SP LMS. I will ask the team to consider this feature request for the next big update.

Sorry, no option to find this in the component. You can check your Stripe account to get the details manually.
