Helix Ultimate 2.1.3,Category Blog list is split into 2 .

Asked by Aexe 1 year ago Last activity 11 months ago

Hi,

After updating Helix Ultimate 2.1.3, the Category Blog, blog list <row row-1 cols-4> will be split into 2 <rows>. When the screen is smaller than 992px, the post layout of my site is 3 columns, so the category blog cannot be arranged consecutively.

This is a warning for php 8.3, I'll go ahead and disable it and it won't show up.
I'm wondering about Helix Ultimate 2.1.3, where the category blog list is split into 2.

Ofi Khan Staff

Thanks for the update. Please allow me to edit template files. I need this access to check your issue.

Hi Ofi,

Thank you for your patience and help.
It has been set up.

I am getting an error while editing a file:

https://prnt.sc/k7J3A9nul4rU

I have installed Akeeba Backup on the site and taken a backup. I will work on my localhost and update you on the issue.

Ofi Khan Staff

I have found the issue. You have added this CSS class page-product. You have written some custom CSS for this class. This breaks the layout.

Aexe Asked this

That's not the reason.

After removing the custom CSS in the admin panel, these 8 articles are still split into 2 row. When I used Helix Ultimate 2.1.2, these 8 articles were displayed in 1 row. The link is a screenshot comparison.

In this or above viewport, there are no articles shown.

Okay, I will talk about this with the developer team.

Hi Ofi,

It seems that we are discussing different topics. The “FDF” menu is the new Demo menu that you created. I will use this as an example.

The links below show a comparison of screenshots from both versions.

Hi Ofi,

I've noticed that two updated versions have been released. Unfortunately, the issue persists. I'd like to know if the team plans to address this problem.

Thanks!

Ofi Khan Staff

Sorry to hear that it is not yet fixed. Please share the issue appearing page link and access again. I will show it to the development team for a quick fix.

I am getting this error on the page. Can you fix it?

The site is now accessible as usual.

Ofi Khan Staff

I am unable to get your issue. Please explain it again and include screenshots. Also, share your credentials to check the issue.

I've given up.

Three months ago, you replied saying you'd already discussed it with the development team, but now you're reopening it for review. This constant back-and-forth over such a minor issue is truly frustrating.

Ofi Khan Staff

My apology for the situation. The developer team initially said that they have worked on the layout. But I could not produce the issue on my end. Hence, if you share your issue link, then I can directly show it to them. Then they will find the cause and fix it. Blog layout is working absolutely fine on my end.
