Category Blog Page Not Showing Correctly On Shaper Helix Ultimate Template After Upgrade To Joomla 4.06

After upgrading to Joomla 4.06 the Blog page is ignoring the global blog layout options - 3 columns on desktop/laptop. The page is one long column. Everything looks and works fine on phone and tablet.

Apologies, I had the site offline as I am also trying to get rid of the index.php in the page urls to no avail. It is online now.
