Thanks for reaching out to us.

The menu who have submenus are set as a menu heading. To ensure proper functionality and compatibility, we recommend using the "URL" menu type with a # (hash) symbol in the URL field instead. I have updated both menu items accordingly, and this has resolved the issue.

all of these are submenus,, highlighted in red..
those should have arrows..

you have updated collections right??

but submenu under it still does not shows arrows.
only first two shows.. see below screenshot
