Double link in URL SP Easy Image Gallery

Asked by MoneyPeet 10 months ago Last activity 10 months ago

Hello,
when I create an album with SP Easy Image Gallery, and then make a link in the Main Menu, the url has double the name of the album in the URL.
Example: Album has the name paintings.
In Main Menu, I create a menu item paintings, with alias also paintings.
Then Menu itemtype -> Album, Album -> Paintings.
Then Url becomes "domain.com/paintings/paintings"

Is there a setting to change this?
I am migrating a Joomla3 to Joomla5. In Joomla3 there was no problem. I updated the SP Easy Image Gallery to version 2.1.0
Joomla 5.4.0

If you need acces to the website to check, please let me know.

Regards, Peter

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,
