I would like to have the text (see image enclosed)
by default in orange and when hover - turning into white.
Is this possible?

I saw that you used images with text on it after all. it's also OK, but you forgot to put correct ALT text for each image.

If you want to reverse that color behavior you have to use Custom CSS. Example:
.sppb-addon-rental-feature.layout-pro .sppb-addon-rental-feature-details .sppb-addon-title-wrapper .sppb-addon-title a {color: orange;}
.sppb-addon-rental-feature.layout-pro .sppb-addon-rental-feature-details .sppb-addon-title-wrapper .sppb-addon-title a:hover,
.sppb-addon-rental-feature.layout-pro .sppb-addon-rental-feature-details .sppb-addon-title-wrapper .sppb-addon-title a:focus {color: white;}copy & paste whole
