The bottom section of template design (from Quickstart) was built using module positions. There are published 2 types of modules: SPPB and Menu.

In the footer sections you can find:

• Address block
• Social Icons

For left side we used  "Footer-1" module by default (Type SP Page Builder).   It can be replaced with custom module(s).

Footer (Copyright & Designed by) - can be accessed from Template settings, Basic > Footer - from where you can replace / customize text content.
