Joomshaper SP page builder Pro extension err

Hi
I have purchased Joomshaper template paying 110 euro for 3 website 1 year support. It is disappointing to see an error of installing com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.8.10 on my first time I try to use your product.
after I installed com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.8.10 through extension I got error
Error installing component
Database not set in Joomla\CMS\Installer\Installer
what is this kind of product. I am using Helix Joomshaper template. Please resolve this issue. I promised someone to complete the website and purchased your product now payin 110 euro for 1 year support 3 website licence. I need you resolve now. Thanks
