Joomshaper SP Page Builder Pro Extension Err

Hi I have installed through extension the com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.8.10 but I get error Warning Database not set in Joomla\CMS\Installer\Installer Error installing component
I have purchased now paying 110 Euro and it is so much disappointing to see such error on my first time trying using your product. This is exteamly urgent I promised to complete website for someone and paid 110 euro for your such product. Please respond urgent and resolve this issue regard

we can support only current versions, not old one. This same do Microsoft, Adobe etc.
If you have Joomla 5 or Joomla 6 - please download & install SP Page Builer 6.3.2

and life would be easier, and less stressful ;)
And yes, we help with installation process as well, if you have current version of Joomla (core) and correct server settings. SPPB 3.8 is still on our Download section only for webmasters who has to make upgrade from older version to new one or their files were damaged. I hope now is all clear.
