Dear all,
I purchased a License for "Templates & Page Builder - Personal" on february 2026 for one year. Unfortunately I'm currently not able to update my SP Page Builder Pro from Version 6.3.0 to 6.3.2. On your site if I want to download the version, I got a message telling me, that I've to purchase a new license, although I've got already a license.
What should I do, to update my SP Page Builder Pro Software?

I was just coming here to post the same thing.
My developer licence shows on my dashboard as expiring in November 2026, but when I go to download SPPB Pro (or try to update from a website), it fails - and on my dashboard, tries to route me to a payment page which has an error and won't load.
