The problem seems to be on the featured image. Selecting a different image does not produce the issue. Please re-upload the feature image on the site. Then check the issue again.

Hi Oli
I find the reaso of that strange error.
Easy Image Gallery accept images in JPG, but not for the feature image !!!
Can you change that somewhere ???

Please go to this location:

administrator/components/com_speasyimagegallery/helpers/

and replace speasyimagegallery.php file with the attached file. You need to unzip the file and then replace

speasyimagegallery.php.zip

Hopefully, it will fix the issue.

The feature image does not appear on the SP Easy Image Gallery: Albums like you can see on the site
