The tag filter on Articles Thumb Slider addon is not working. It seems like a bug. I have asked the developer team to fix it on the next version.

Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost. Or if you allow me, then I will take the backup and check.
