Marked as the solutionHello,
There was a missing folder at:
JRoot/components/com_sppagebuilder/builder
I have uploaded it, and the issue has now been resolved.
Thanks,
Thank you very much
that's great. And bravo about reactivity.

Do you have information why this folder was (could be) missing?
Are we sure there is no other miss with that update.
Have a nice day

Maybe this is caused by the Quickstart (QS) installation. Sometimes this happens with Quickstart setups. If you install the latest version, it should not create these issues or break anything.
Thanks.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!
Best regards,
hello
thanks for your reply.
The admin access in the hidden content
https://protectionpollinisateurs.fr/administrator/index.php
However you should be refused because the index.php does not pass.
I am looking for restoring the latest backup. But i can wait till you have a look.
