The SP Cookie Consent plugin is not working.

The plugin is installed and published but does not open on the site. What could be the reasons? Plugin version 1.2.0, Joomla version 6.1.1, Page Builder version 6.6.2.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

The plugin is enabled but isn't showing up on the site. That's the problem.

Could you please clarify what you mean? Are you referring to a setting in the Joomla administrator menu that give to configure options, or do you mean that the consent modal does not appear when the website loads?

Yes, the consent window isn't opening on the website itself.

Did you try from different browser? When I checked your site i see it opened on my end.
