Manage
The Manage section enables you to access and customize the users list and find, add, and edit users.
Groups
The Groups section allows you to control what actions a user may take on the site and which objects a user can view. Here, you can create, view, edit, and delete User Groups.
Access Levels
This section enables you to access and manage the list of User Access Levels.
Fields
The fields section can be used to create and manage additional attributes for users and sort them via field group, category, access level, and use in subform.
Field Groups
Field Groups help to organise fields for data entry. You can sort the field groups in ascending or descending order based on different criteria, such as ordering, status, title, access, and ID.
User Notes
User notes are pieces of information that can be assigned to registered users on your Joomla! site. You can sort the user notes in ascending or descending order based on different criteria, such as status, subject, category, user, review date, and ID.
User Note Categories
In this section, you can create and manage a list of user note categories.
Privacy
The Privacy section provides a summary of the information requests for the website and a status of recommended actions to take.
Requests
The Requests option allows you to manage the information requests on your website.
Capabilities
The Capabilities option shows information about privacy-related features, such as personal data processing, browser cookies, or data shared with third parties for functionality. This helps users assess extensions for privacy concerns and prepare documents like privacy policies or terms of service.
Consents
The Consents option provides a sortable list of privacy policy consents. You can filter items based on status and subject, and delete items by clicking on Invalidate Consent.
User Actions Log
The User Actions Log section allows you to manage the activities of selected administrators on your site. You can filter items based on criteria such as extension, date, and user.
Mass Mail Users
The Mass Mail Users section enables "Super Administrator" users to send email messages to registered users of the site. Users can be filtered based on groups.
While sending the email, you can enable the following settings:
- Mail to Child User Groups
- Send in HTML Mode
- Send to Blocked Users
- Recipients as BCC
