I’m having an issue saving items.
New items aren't being saved to the list, and existing saved items cannot be deleted.
They can be deleted and managed on the back-end, but they still appear in the list on the front-end.
When I save them from the front-end, everything seems fine, but they don't show up in the list—though they are visible on the back-end.
Please help.

Hi, everything seems to be working fine today, and I’ve noticed that the items I tried to delete are no longer showing up on the front end either.
If you didn't work on it yourself, I suspect the issue was on the SQL server side.
I contacted the hosting provider yesterday to resolve the problem after encountering an error.
I imagine it took some time for the cache to clear... what do you think?
Yes, this could be SQL server side issue. I checked a demo site on my localhost but could not produce the issue. I have not checked your site.
