PROBLEM WITH SAVED ITEMS (frontend Editor)

I’m having an issue saving items. New items aren't being saved to the list, and existing saved items cannot be deleted. They can be deleted and managed on the back-end, but they still appear in the list on the front-end. When I save them from the front-end, everything seems fine, but they don't show up in the list—though they are visible on the back-end.

Accepted AnswerHi, everything seems to be working fine today, and I’ve noticed that the items I tried to delete are no longer showing up on the front end either. If you didn't work on it yourself, I suspect the issue was on the SQL server side. I contacted the hosting provider yesterday to resolve the problem after encountering an error. I imagine it took some time for the cache to clear... what do you think?

Accepted AnswerYes, this could be SQL server side issue. I checked a demo site on my localhost but could not produce the issue. I have not checked your site.
