Change "Read more" Button text in your Onepage template

Hello,
where can I change the Read more Button text in your Onepage template in article overview? I want this text in german language "Mehr Lesen" and not Read More.
Where is this to change?

Could you please share the URL of the page where the issue occurs? The screenshot you mentioned is not available on the forum post, so having the URL will help us check the template and identify where the “Read More” text is coming from.

Have you tried to translate those phrases:

COM_CONTENT_READ_MORE_TITLE 
COM_CONTENT_READ_MORE
JGLOBAL_READ_MORE_TITLE

by using Joomla Language Override > DE Site

if didn't help, please share access

Hello,

all these textkeys have the german word "Weiterlesen" and are ok.

Its not the button text from the onepage template artikle site as shown in link to website.
Other idea?

Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
