Hi, I'm doing some testing with SP Property and I'm having some problems with user permissions:
Could a user group be created that would have access to the categories and agents?
We could make group users only see their Requests, currently they do not have access to the Requests of other users but they are shown in the list

Sorry, this feature does not exist. You can use ACL for the whole extension. Not for some parts of it.

Could we remove access to the Request button as is for Categories and Agents?
And what about having a user with full access to the component? Including Agents and Categories buttons?
Sorry, this is not possible. The access control you allow for the user group will be applicable for all the features of the extension.
