That is not an update tutorial that a new installation. I think he mean a real update from an existing site.

Fronted (site), backend working good, yeah i updated from existing site.

but issue

Hi.
The problem is with Helix or SP Page Builder - can you check deeply.

Are you sure that using J 4.0.0 for production site is a reasonable solution?
Most people wait for J v4.0.2/3 at least.
