Off-Canvas Mobile Menu Issue After Joomla 3 → Joomla 5 Migration

Hello,

After migrating my site from Joomla 3 to Joomla 5, the off-canvas menu does not appear on mobile.

The template (Manufacturer), Helix Ultimate, and SP Page Builder are all updated and the desktop menu works fine but the burger icon is missing and the mobile menu won’t open.

Hi Michel,

Solution was already in Helix documenation > https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/troubleshooting-faq . Next time please read tips before using forum, they were written to get the answer faster. I know, they in English only, not French.

I done needed changes already ;)

I always make sure to do research and carefully read the documentation before contacting support. I probably missed something this time, as I wasn’t able to resolve the issue despite checking the available resources.
