bugs in SP PROPERTY composant

Hi Joomshaper Team !

I bought your SP PROPERTY component this week and I installed it very easily.

But, I am encountering small display problems in 2 or 3 places in the property description page.

  • image on the top is not well displayed
  • social icons cannot be clicked
  • the "play button" of the Youtube video can't be clicked

Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials.

You are using a third-party template which customized SP Property extension. Please contact your template provider for support.

I guess the template provider will tell me too that I am using a third party extension and that they will refer me to you. Do not you think ?

Your SP PROPERTY extension is not only compatible with your EMPIRE template ?

Probably, I could not make my point clear. Our extensions are customizable and your template has modified the extension. We do not provide support for the modification. If you use the extension functionality directly from the extension, then we can assist you.

Hi Ofi Khan,

OK I understand now.

Unfortunately I just checked and the template provider (ArrowThemes) no longer exists. Yet it was a good provider and their Joomla template was of good quality.

I did the test with the basic template (Beez) and indeed I did not encounter any bugs ... but the display is neither suitable nor pretty.

Could you offer me a solution, even paying? a support ?
