Probably, I could not make my point clear. Our extensions are customizable and your template has modified the extension. We do not provide support for the modification. If you use the extension functionality directly from the extension, then we can assist you.

OK I understand now.

Unfortunately I just checked and the template provider (ArrowThemes) no longer exists. Yet it was a good provider and their Joomla template was of good quality.

I did the test with the basic template (Beez) and indeed I did not encounter any bugs ... but the display is neither suitable nor pretty.

Could you offer me a solution, even paying? a support ?
