Hi, when I tried to edit my joomla article from the front, I receive the error message:
Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Helper\MediaHelper::getCleanMediaFieldValue()
When I tried to edit the article from the backend, I don't see the option tabs in the article.
Please give me some advice.

Templates are not yet compatible with Helix 2. Please allow us some time. Hopefully, we will make the templates compatible within this month. Meanwhile use Helix 1.1.4 on your site.

Do not upgrade to Joomla 4 or Helix Ultimate 2.x.x frameworks if you have already used other templates as those are not compatible yet.
Our dev-team is working on it and those templates will be compatible soon.
