I disabled SP Cookie unnecessarily after the update.
is there any way to fix / remove it SP Cookie

I turned on the sp cookie add-on after updating joomla to 4

the website started displaying a bug in the backend and front end

I have restored the copies is ok

here is a problem where senior staff are needed

Marek, Sp Cookie - is not Joomla 4 ready yet, you could easy check that information before upgrade. No offense, but in a hurry you ran out of mindfulness.
Besides if you live in EU you should know that displaying a basic cookie box may not be enough to meet the legal requirements, especially for vistors from Germany.
