After upgrade to joomla 3.10.3 I got error:
SHAPER_NEWEDGE error 404 on:
.Border-Radius Is Undefined:
/Public_html/Templates/Shaper_newedge/Less/Master.less On Line 14
Now as temporary solution I have put OFF save CSS to LESS in advanced tab of template.
It looks working.
