And it does not redirect further!

Please try it again. If you see any error message, then take a screenshot and share with us. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot or Imgur

Сначала откройте сайт PayPal и выполните вход в аккаунт. Затем совершайте операцию (с нуля) на сайте Joomshaper. Похоже у FastSpring проблема с редиректом если вход в PayPal не выполнен до совершения платежа.
First open the PayPal website and log in to the account. Then make an operation (from scratch) on the Joomshaper website. It looks like FastSpring has problem with redirect if the log in in PayPal is not fulfilled before the payment.

Edit update - seems workable now, if you apply the procedure from Pavel.But it might still need fixing so you don't have to separately open paypal.
