Internal link based on menu/article/page ID (in Pagebuilder)

Hi there,
Is there another way to link an SP page element (for example a button) to another item (such as menu, article, page) on the same website than to copy/paste its non-robust URL? I would wish that the linking would be based on the items ID, for instance – similar to JCE Editor. Like this, the link does not become invalid if the alias of the linked item changes.
