Helix Ultimate 2.2.7 Sub Menu's Can Not Be Accessed When The Top Menu Item is Linked To An Article

Hi, I ran into a problem after updating to Helix Ultimate 2.2.7 menu items that have submenus that are not working. If the Top level menu item is a Menu Heading it works fine but when the top item is a link there is a problem. You can see this here: https://www.clayconews.com on the Advertise Menu item, or here https://zanipro.com on the ZaniPro menu item. What happens is the link in the top menu item is Activated when you click on the Dropdown Arrow.
