Introduction

Overview

SP Booking is a Joomla! extension, a component with 5 modules inside a package. It is a complete and robust travel booking solution with features necessary for travel booking and related websites. With a rich presentation of the facilities utilizing multimedia contents, SP Booking is a full-fledged travel management system for any travel agency, tour operator, car hire, hotel booking, and villa rental website. Technical requirements

SP Page Builder (Pro) is properly functional with Joomla 3.9 and the newest versions. To prevent problems please use the following technical requirements:

  • The Apache HTTP Server
  • PHP 7.0.23, PHP 7.2 or PHP 7.3*
  • MySQL 5.4+ (Joomla is not yet compatible with MySQL 6.x.)

  • 64 bit supported Server. Remember PHP 7 provides full 64-bit support. The x64 builds of PHP 7 support native 64-bit integers, LFS, 64-bit memory_limit and much more.

It is crucial to upgrade to these requirements as the previous versions may be exposed to security vulnerabilities. 

* Our software should still run on PHP 5.6. However, we do not test with these versions and we no longer treat breaking support for these obsolete PHP versions of PHP as a bug.

How to install

  1. First, you have to log in to your JoomShaper account and download package (com_spbooking_fullpackage_v1.x).
  2. Then log in to your Joomla admin dashboard using the username and password (www.yourdomain/administrator).
  3. Now go to Extensions>>Install.
  4. Now you have to upload the installation file. You can drag and drop the file or use the "browse for file" button to add the file.

Browsers support

We suggest using the latest version of  Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox, and Brave browser to edit and display SPPB content.

  • Support for Edge (default browser from Microsoft) may be limited in certain areas.
  • Support for IE11 is limited in certain areas, also because this browser is not updated/improved since 2015.
  • Internet Explorer 10 and older versions are NOT supported anymore.
