SP Property Properties

The SP Property module enables you to showcase property listings across different site pages where the module is assigned. It automatically retrieves and displays the details you configured when setting up each property, ensuring consistent and accurate information is shown wherever the properties are featured.

  • Category: You can choose your categories specifically or all categories that the user can avail.

  • Agent: This setting lets you choose the agents whose properties will be shown. You can select a specific agent to display their listings or show properties from all agents available on your site.

  • Property Status: This refers to the current status of the properties being displayed. You can filter properties based on whether they are For Sale, For Rent, Sold, or Under Contract. This helps the user see relevant listings based on their intent.

  • Ordering: This option controls the order in which the properties are displayed. You can arrange listings by various parameters like Newest First, Oldest First, Price (Low to High), Price (High to Low), or any custom ordering you've set.

  • Column: Here, you can define how many columns of properties you want to show in the module. This could be a 2-column, 3-column, or more depending on how many property cards you want displayed per row.

  • Limit: The limit option controls how many properties are displayed in total. For instance, you can limit the display to 6, 9, or 12 properties at a time, which can be useful for preventing your page from being overcrowded.

  • See All: This option typically allows you to add a link at the bottom of the module, which directs users to a full property listing page. It's a “call to action” that lets visitors view all available properties if they want more options beyond what’s shown in the module.
