SP Property Search

This module allows you to enhance the property search functionality on a site by allowing users to search for properties based on various criteria.

Range System: The system offers various methods for users to filter search results by numerical ranges, including typing values, using a slider, or selecting from predefined options.

Input Box: Choose Inputbox to allow users to manually enter specific numerical values or ranges.

This option allows users to search for properties within a specific range for various criteria, such as price, area size, or number of bedrooms. The range system uses sliders or input fields where users can set minimum and maximum values to filter properties that meet their desired specifications.

Show Advance: This option enables or disables advanced search filters. When activated, it reveals additional fields such as property features, agent selection, and more, giving users more control over their search for specific property attributes.

Show Keyword: This option allows users to search properties by entering specific keywords. The keyword search can be used to find properties based on location names, property types, or other descriptive terms included in the listings.

Show Status: This displays a dropdown or selection option for property status in the search form, such as For Sale, For Rent, Sold, or other custom statuses. Users can refine their search results based on the current availability of properties.

Show Location: This option lets users search for properties by location, usually through a dropdown menu or autocomplete search box. It helps users find properties in specific cities, regions, or neighborhoods based on their preferences.

Show Category: This displays property categories in the search form. Users can filter properties by categories like Residential, Commercial, Land, etc. It simplifies the process of finding properties that fall under specific classifications.

Show Price Range: This option enables a price range filter in the search view, allowing users to set a minimum and maximum price to narrow down their property search. This is typically displayed as a slider or input fields for users to adjust their desired price range.

Show Size Range: This option displays a range filter for property size (usually in square feet or meters). Users can set minimum and maximum size limits to filter properties based on their preferred area or square footage. It typically uses a slider or input fields for easy selection.

Show Beds: This option allows users to filter properties by the number of bedrooms. A dropdown or input field is used to select the minimum number of beds they’re looking for, helping them find properties that match their space requirements.

Show Baths: Similar to the "Show Beds" option, this allows users to filter properties by the number of bathrooms. It is usually presented as a dropdown where users can select their desired minimum number of bathrooms in the search.

Show Parking: This filter lets users search for properties with parking spaces. It may display a dropdown with different parking options, such as 1 Car, 2 Cars, Garage, etc., or allow users to specify the minimum number of parking spaces they require.

Show Zipcode: This enables users to filter properties by entering a specific postal code or zipcode. It helps narrow down search results to properties in a particular area or neighborhood by their postal identifier.

Show Property Features: This option displays checkboxes or dropdowns for specific property features, such as Swimming Pool, Balcony, Garden, Gym, and so on. Users can select one or more features they want in a property, making the search more customized based on preferences.

Show Flat and Floor Number: This option allows users to filter properties by their flat number (apartment unit) and floor number, particularly useful for multi-unit buildings or high-rises. This could be presented as two input fields—one for the flat number and another for the floor number.

Options for Flat and Floor No. Search:

Flat Number: An input field or dropdown that lets users search for a specific flat or unit number in an apartment or condo complex. It’s particularly useful for users looking for a particular unit in a building.

Floor Number: A dropdown or input field to filter properties based on the floor number. Users can choose between Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor, and so on. This option is helpful for people who have a preference for specific floors in a building (e.g., higher floors with better views or ground floor units for easier access).
