The Bottom section, common for all pages,  was built using one Menu module "Quick Links" (bottom2) and two SP Page Builder modules published on the bottom1 and bottom3 that include all major elements displayed in the demo. Please check the below screenshot. This should give you an answer as to which elements you are free to edit, change - using the published addons inside.
