QuickStart includes a pre-made home page created using the SP Page Builder Pro component, and only from this component can it be edited and customized. You can find it assigned to Main Menu as a Home item.

Go to Components > SP Page Builder Pro > Pages from the dashboard. Clicking on the page name will take you to the page's Backend editor, and clicking on the Frontend editor button will take you to the frontend editing. You can edit the page using the backend editor.
