The bottom section of template design (from Quickstart) was built using 4 module positions (bottom1, bottom2, bottom3, bottom4) with two types of modules inside:

The footer area with the copyright note can be edited from the template settings. You can find the settings from Joomla Dashboard > Extensions > Site Template Styles > shaper_restora - Default > Template Options > Basics > Footer.

And footer menu is based on the Menu module published on "footer2" module position.
