The bottom section of the template design (from Quickstart) was built using two rows (bottom-top and bottom) and 6 module positions together.

Copyright note ( "Designed by ....") was based on template settings feature.
Footer menu (Terms of use, Copyright) was built using Module SP Page Builder (position: footer2).
