Slow First Load Time With Educon Template

Hi, I have a problem with Educon template. I have a Joomla! 3.9.24 installation and my problem is that the first or initial page load is too slow. It's not the problem of the home page; the problem is the first time I load the page (any subpage or home page of my website) after a long time without visiting it. However, if I browse through the website after having done the first load, the future loads aren't as slow as the first. It happens if anyone has visited the website for hours or minutes, then the first load is too slow. I've tried using JCH Optimizer, and other solutions which have not succeeded. Font Awesome is also loaded by
modules/mod_jo_whatsapp_contact_button/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.7.0
It doesn't make sense. FA is loaded by SPPB and template already.
Remove it from settings or module code. You can save 76Kb plus one request less.
BTW
Why you have Joomla! 3.9.24 ? Not Joomla 3.10.x , as you should have ?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Disable the jch_optimize extension & check again. The jch_optimize extension causes one of font cannot load properly. Let me know what happen after disable the jch_optimize extension.

it wil tell you more about possible reasons of delays.
On my eyes, your home page contain too much content. Most people will not scroll down at the end. It also means that less content can be loaded.
BTW
JCH Optimizer (Pro) - is great tool but in good hands, it has to be set prudently and with caution.

I have just removed the code line which charges the Awesome font on the WhatsApp module (I wish I have done that correctly and I also wish now the module is not charging the Awesome font).
I have also disabled the JCH Optimize PRO Plugin and will observe during the following hours if the website behaviour is good.

I still have the problem. It is something really curious because if, for example, I visit the website on my computer (and there is a slow load time aprox. 7 seconds), if in that moment I visit the website on another device (for example my tablet), the load charge is immediate). It is like the website goes into sleep mode after some minutes without visiting it.
Do you know which would be the solution or have you ever solved a case like this one?

I have a question: will it be possible to update Joomla 3.10 version directly to Joomla 4? It would be really interesting to migrate all the content directly.
