Frontend first Row is inaccessible

In the frontend editor, when I hover over with the mouse to get access to the tools of the first Row section, the mouse disappears (few millimetres before getting there) and I cannot have access to the tools of that specific Row.This happened after I got an info message, on the top of the window, written inside a pale yellow field.
