SP PageBuilder Contact Form

I have used the contact form from SP PageBuilder 3.8.2.
However, the message appears unformatted in the delivered mail and has, for example, no paragraphs but everything strung together.
What is the problem?

Is it really necessary to provide the Joomla administrator access? I don't like it that so much ;-)

In the enclosures you can see the representation in the form and in the mail that I receive.

That it's beyond support. We can add your wish to-do list,
but if you want solution fast you have to consider customization or using different contact module.

I expect you to add this bug to the to doo list and not leave this as it is now!

This is not typical urgent bug, but yes I added already to users wish-list.
