SP PageBuilder "Contact Form" Add-on Email Not Sending

Our site uses Helix Ultimate template and SP PageBuilder on Joomla 4. The contact form add-on in a page using SP PageBuilder is not sending, with the animated circle icon on the button continually displayed.

Any advice?

Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost. I have not found the solution on your live site.
