Contact Form - Not Sending Emails

Hi -
Im using Tuber as my template though Im unsure if this is a human error, SP Pagebuilder error or the template error.
On the contact page for Tuber I've inputted the same email address I use for my admin login yet its not sending me through the emails.
When I go to my global config of joomla 6
Global Config > Server > Mail is set to PHP mail. I've tested and get Could not instantiate mail function.
Now I dont think I can set up the SMTP option as Im using a business Gmail setup with my domain?
Maybe Im missing a step that someone can help me with?

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. You need to contact your hosting server provider. Cause, this (Could not instantiate mail function) issue is occurred for the hosting/server causes.
